Your role will be predominantly based around engaging with employees on their first day as well as following up on new hires. You will be our frontline interacting with the operation and understanding where we can improve!
- Calling and engaging with riders to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and support retention initiatives.
- Coordinating and executing projects in collaboration with external companies and partners.
- Performing detailed data entry, validation, and reporting to support team operations and business insights.
- Working on site with new riders, introducing them to our workflows and apps
