Coordinates and oversees search and seizure activities and conducts investigations as assigned.
Ensures civil rights are not violated and all proceedings are in compliance with Department Of Labor, Company and legal guidelines.
Maintains effective public contact and communication.
Ensures compliance with health and safety practices.
Ensures compliance with Department of Labor guidelines and The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program regulations.
Conducts in service training for center staff as required.
Conducts training for subordinates in all aspects of center safety and security. Must report unsafe conditions to supervisor anytime an unsafe condition arises.
Completes required security logs, documents and records in a timely manner.
Controls disturbances and assists staff in de-escalating the volatile situations.
