Manages the Career Trade Program for the Center Analyzes training procedure
Counsels' groups and individuals relative to vocational objectives
Develops Corrective Action Plan
Ensures integration of vocational training with academics Conducts regular shop visitations/observations
Writes and Develops SOPs and Center Training Plan
Attends Scheduled Meets with the Center Industry Councils
Actively participates as member of Youth Council Maintains required Statistical Performance
Reviews Center reports, reconciles as appropriate, and develops
Corrective Action Plan Meets bi-monthly with vocational staff and ensures minutes from each meeting are accurate
Meets jointly with academic and vocations to plan Applied Academics Review's attendance sheets for accuracy of documentation Notes any trends or patterns and establishes appropriate plan(s) of action/discipline
Ensures all custodians/locations complete 3 quarterly inventories per ETA 359 Property Handbook. Inventories completed as circumstances dictate, i.e.
When custodian changes, etc. Ensures any theft or other losses are reported within 3 business days.
