⢠Support the day-to-day operations of the program
⢠Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate staff in the office
⢠Act as a liaison, working closely with leadership in building and providing support to the youth and community advisory boards
⢠Provide clerical and administrative duties for the office including client billing, office purchases, inventory, participant vouchers, program invoices, meeting minutes, scheduling, and human resources support
⢠Assist in the development and marketing of program materials, events, and recruitment strategies
⢠Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and online requests for appointments and information
⢠Provide basic and accurate program information in-person and via phone/emails
⢠Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
⢠Maintain office safety by following procedures and controlling access to confidential information
⢠Respond to issues and complaints in a friendly and timely manner
⢠Oversee the agency GED testing site, including admitting participants, managing online calendar, processing tests, filing documentation, and proctoring test (training will be provided)
⢠Perform other duties as assigned
