Responsibilities:
- Assist the payroll team with research and tracking of payroll tax notices from federal, state, and local agencies
- Support maintenance of a jurisdiction portal access tracker, helping ensure proper login access and documentation for tax agencies.
- Help reconcile payroll tax filings and payments by reviewing reports and supporting documentation.
- Assist in monitoring UKG Payment Services Gateway dashboards for tax filings, payments, and alerts.
- Compile and maintain tax compliance trackers and documentation to support audit readiness and internal controls.
- Conduct research on state and local payroll tax requirements and summarize findings for the payroll team
