We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Civil to oversee site execution of civil works with a focus on bridge concrete works, aluminum cladding, and interior finishes. The role involves supervising site activities, ensuring quality compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute bridge concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement.
Coordinate and monitor aluminum cladding installation and interior finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure proper setting out and execution of works in line with project requirements.
Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals prior to execution.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure all safety and quality procedures are followed.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the Project Engineer.
Maintain daily reports, site records, and documentation.
Assist in material planning, site logistics, and resource allocation.
