The Senior Learning & Development Specialist (Learning Consultant) acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, aligning global learning and development strategies with local business needs. The role bridges global programs with regional realities to ensure learning initiatives are relevant, impactful, and aligned with organizational priorities.
This position collaborates with business leaders, People Partners, and the global L&D team to identify skill gaps, implement development initiatives, and promote a strong learning culture across the organization.
What you'll do:
- Partner with business leaders and People Partners to identify capability gaps and align learning initiatives with business priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce development, supporting the design and implementation of learning journeys and development paths.
- Support the adoption and localization of global learning programs, ensuring they are relevant and impactful for local teams.
- Monitor learning program participation, engagement, and effectiveness, using data and insights to continuously improve outcomes.
- Promote a strong learning culture by driving awareness of development opportunities and introducing innovative learning practices across the organization.
