Job Description
We are looking for a motivated intern to support business analysis and leadership operations by contributing to reporting, requirement gathering, and communication materials, while assisting day-to-day management activities.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Support the generation and maintenance of operational reports
- Assist with the operation and monitoring of automated reporting workflows.
- Manage data inputs from email attachments and SharePoint files.
- Support report distribution (email outputs, SharePoint uploads, Power BI dashboards).
- Assist in analyzing business requirements.
- Help document user needs and functional requirements for reporting solutions.
- Contribute to improving existing reporting and automation processes.
Some other tasks might include:
- Supporting internal team operations and leadership through communication materials and presentations
- Preparing reports, various analyses, and other related administrative tasks that enhance leadership efficiency (e.g., updating service offerings, generating timesheet reports, data collection)
- Supporting leadership in the organization and coordination of events
