The Senior Project Director is responsible for full project lifecycle ownership, client partnership at the executive level, and oversight of multiple large-scale construction programs simultaneously. The Senior Project Director sets the standard for project execution, safety, financial performance, and team development while reinforcing CRB鈥檚 integrated design鈥慴uild delivery model.

Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level leadership for multiple large, complex construction projects and programs from preconstruction through closeout.
- Own overall project performance, including schedule, cost, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Lead project strategy, execution planning, and risk management for technically complex facilities.
- Ensure alignment between construction, design, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact for clients, fostering long-term, trusted relationships.
- Lead high-level client discussions around scope, risk, schedule, cost forecasting, and change management.
- Support business development efforts, including pursuits, interviews, proposals, and client presentations.
- Identify and drive opportunities for repeat work and program expansion.
- Maintain full P&L accountability for assigned projects and programs.
- Oversee project forecasting, cost controls, cash flow, and contract administration.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and claims.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Directors, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership teams.
- Build high-performing, collaborative project teams aligned with CRB鈥檚 values and execution standards.
- Partner with regional and national leadership on staffing, succession planning, and talent development.
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
