Project Manager

The Strategic Technology Division is responsible for developing and coordinating deployment of emerging technology applications, strategic IT infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.

The Strategic Technology Division is seeking a qualified candidate in the position of IT Project Specialist to act in the role of Project Manager and perform duties that include but are not limited to the following:
1. Lead end-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout of projects.
2. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and vendors to gather and document business and technical requirements.
3. Translate operational needs into clear project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
4. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk and issue logs and status reports.
5. Coordinate system design, configuration and integration activities with internal technical teams and external vendors.
6. Oversee and coordinate testing activities (functional, integration, user acceptance) and manage defect tracking and resolution.
7. Manage vendor relationships, including implementation tasks, timelines, dependences and contract/SLA adherence.
8. Work with security and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, resiliency and compliance standards.
9. Develop and support policies, procedures and standard operating guidelines needed to operationalize new systems.
10. Define and track key performance indicators (KPI) related to system availability, usage and operational impact.
11. Coordinate with vendors on implementation tasks, interface development, data migration and defect resolution, ensuring contract and SLA compliance; coordinate training plans and materials for end users.
