We are looking for a Property Management Accountant to support our Occupier Services clients by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, in line with company best practices and client requirements.
This role will involve managing a client portfolio, working closely with clients, landlords, tenants, and internal teams, while continuously improving accounting processes and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the property management system (Tramps)
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to clients on time
- Reconcile accounts, including rent and service charge balances
- Raise and manage lease charges and tenant invoices
- Process payments to landlords and transfer rent receipts to clients
- Monitor arrears and support credit control activities
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Produce funding requests and financial analysis using Excel
- Respond to queries from clients, landlords, and tenants
- Collaborate with internal teams including Estates, Cashiering, and Credit Control
- Attend client meetings (online and in person)
- Carry out general administrative tasks as required.
