What you’ll do

Every day as a Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same – life-changing.

You’ll support people through short-term and flexible care services, including:

• Short-term and respite care

• Block hours of support in the home

• Sitting services and companionship

• Overnight care and support

Your role will include:

• Supporting people to stay independent in their own homes

• Offering companionship and reassurance

• Assisting with medication, mobility, and mealtimes

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect

• Being a trusted part of a close-knit, local team
