We are seeking a high-caliber, data-obsessed Growth Lead to spearhead our App and Platform expansion. In this pivotal role, you will operate at the intersection of Marketing, SEO, Product, and Data.
You are not just a numbers-driven marketer. You are a strategic growth leader who decodes user behavior to design scalable growth loops. You will lead a team of specialists to optimize the entire funnel, from high-intent acquisition to long-term retention.

1. Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Ownership:
Acquisition & Activation: Own the strategy and performance of App Acquisition and User Activation, ensuring both volume growth and high-intent user quality. Optimize key metrics, including CAC, activation rate, and Time-to-Value, to drive sustainable user growth.
Performance Marketing: Translate growth objectives into structured performance marketing strategies. Oversee digital budget allocation and manage multi-million-dollar investments across channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms, driving growth across key verticals such as Vehicles, Properties, Jobs, and emerging categories.
Lifecycle & Retention: Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy to drive user engagement and long-term retention. Orchestrate owned channels (Push, In-app, SMS/ZNS) with advanced segmentation to deliver personalized journeys. Partner with Product and Tech teams to design and optimize growth engines, including gamification systems, referral programs, and reward mechanisms, to create sustainable growth loops.
Growth Experimentation: Establish and lead a high-velocity experimentation framework (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to continuously optimize conversion rates across acquisition, product experience, and lifecycle touchpoints. Maintain a structured experimentation backlog and drive rapid testing across product features, creatives, and CRM journeys.
Data Analytics: Leverage data analysis, SQL, and performance dashboards to identify growth opportunities, diagnose funnel friction points, and guide high-impact optimization initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & OKR Alignment:
Act as the strategic bridge between Brand, SEO, Category, Product, and Tech teams to ensure alignment between growth strategy, product development, and market execution.
Collaborate with category teams to develop tailored acquisition and retention playbooks that drive high-value transaction behaviors across key verticals.
Partner with Product and Tech teams to prioritize growth initiatives within the product roadmap, ensuring new features incorporate scalable growth mechanics.
Drive alignment on growth-related OKRs and ensure resources are allocated to the highest-impact initiatives while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to standardize tracking frameworks, including tagging structures, event taxonomy, and custom event implementation.
Team Leadership & Capability Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Growth and Digital Marketing Specialists, setting clear KPIs and ensuring strong execution across campaigns and growth initiatives.
Foster a data-driven culture by guiding the team in structured experimentation, analytical thinking, and continuous optimization.
Provide strategic oversight of campaign execution. While not required to execute campaigns directly, maintain the expertise to review, audit, and challenge tactical decisions to ensure high-quality execution.
