About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Executive to support business and sales operations, ensure smooth operational processes, and drive data-informed decision making. This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to improve operational efficiency, manage reporting, and support business performance initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Operations Support
- Support the day-to-day operations of the sales organization to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Support to support operational initiatives.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Assist in monitoring sales performance through reporting, analysis, and tracking of key business metrics.
- Support sales planning activities including target setting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Incentives & Operational Administration
- Support the administration of sales incentive and commission programs.
- Assist in maintaining operational records and ensuring data accuracy across relevant systems and tools.
Process & System Management
- Support and maintain operational systems and processes used by the sales team.
- Assist in managing operational requests, updates, and system-related tasks to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
Marketplace & Platform Operations
- Support operational activities related to listings, account management, and platform integrations where applicable.
Data & Content Management
- Maintain and update operational databases and content repositories to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
Sales Enablement & Operational Support
- Provide operational support to sales teams by coordinating tools, resources, and internal processes.
- Assist in managing promotional programs, operational requests, and sales support activities.
