What You鈥檒l Drive
The Business Development Associate provides cross-functional support to ensure a unified business management approach across the organization. Primarily office-based, the role supports the Department Head and BDOs in day-to-day tasks while managing the CRM system as the regional administrator and leading a group of super-users, including training and guidance. The Associate ensures all business information is accurate, up-to-date, and processed efficiently into the CRM system, supporting opportunity identification, data analysis, and reporting.
Essential Job Functions
CRM Platform Management
Create and delete Projects, Accounts, and Contacts in the system.
Update new information from internal and external sources.
Maintain the system with regular clean-ups and modifications to improve usability.
Manage CRM users and privileges, act as regional administrator, and lead 3-5 super-users.
Deliver presentations and trainings on system usage.
Coordinate and implement Group CRM policies and procedures with Head Office.
BDA Support
Process and collate information from Business Development Officers into the CRM system.
Support assessments of ventures and opportunities for management decisions.
Assist in data mining for opportunities and market prospects.
Provide early identification of strategic, focus, short-term, and long-term prospects.
Assist in data analysis, dashboards, and business forecasting.
Support the Client Centricity initiative.
Business Reporting
Produce monthly board and management reports.
Update dashboards for meetings and analyses.
Generate trend reports from market and internal CRM data.
Department Administration
Draft formal correspondences such as Confidentiality Agreements and Expressions of Interest.
Assist in document management, including signatures and submissions.
Support the coordination of internal and external meetings.
