Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, the Group Digital & Innovation Manager role combines strategy with hands-on delivery to implement innovative technology and ways of working that drives operational excellence, agility, and sustainable growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining a progressive digital and innovation strategy that reflects organisational priorities.
- Developing a roadmap supported by effective stakeholder engagement.
- Delivering forward-thinking digital solutions to enable efficiencies across operations and support functions.
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify and deliver opportunities for innovation.
- Leveraging data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitoring and identifying emerging technologies and trends that enable operational effectiveness and strengthen market distinction.
