- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and support junior members of our team in their career development, contribute to talent development initiatives and champion a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Industry Engagement and Growth: Support bids and business development activities, engage with industry forums and networking events, and take ownership of your professional growth and knowledge-sharing within the organisation.
Skills and Experiences
- Experience and technical knowledge in project management within the built environment or construction industry.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and good client relationship management.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality consulting services, and comfortable in the role of consultant.
- Be proactive, solution-oriented and adaptable to changing circumstances
If you meet some, but not all, of the requirements above or have transferable skills you believe would benefit us, we would still be delighted to hear from you.
