We are seeking a skilled HVAC and Plumbing Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design of mechanical systems for diverse building types, including commercial, industrial, and military projects. The successful candidate will bring expertise in HVAC and Plumbinginstallations, working across all stages of the project lifecycle, from concept to delivery. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who is passionate about building services and design excellence.
Job expectations:
A senior technical resource may serve as a technical advisor for the team, providing specialized expertise to support studies and design within their discipline. They develop procedures that enable high-quality, cost-effective work by others and participate in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables. Their responsibilities include evaluating the technical scope of work for each project, preparing construction cost estimates, and contributing their expertise to complete the discipline-related portions of the Plans, Specifications and Estimates. They also perform quality-control reviews of design calculations or drawings, prepare technical specification sections, and contribute to the development of engineering budgets and schedules to ensure project requirements are met.
