The Dedicated Project Manager (Telecom) is responsible for full ownership of telecom service delivery from order submission through installation and turn-up. This role is execution-driven and requires the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timelines, dependencies, and customer expectations are met.
The PM serves as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, proactively driving progress with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful and timely implementation of services.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of telecom services, including order submission, provisioning, installation, and activation
Manage and enforce carrier timelines, including Firm Order Commitments (FOCs), and proactively address delays
Drive installations to completion, ensuring all dependencies (site readiness, documentation, access) are met
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Identify risks early and take proactive action to prevent delays or service impact
Lead escalations with carriers and vendors, ensuring accountability and resolution under tight timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, vendors, customers) to ensure seamless execution
Track and manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining accurate status, milestones, and documentation
Ensure revenue realization by driving projects to successful and timely completion
Maintain high customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering consistent results
Document project progress, updates, and completion reports in internal systems
