Accor is in a partnership with one of the World's Leading Airlines, to manage the Lounge operations located in Changi Airport.
The Lounge Attendant鈥檚 role is to maintain a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment in the transit lounge by promptly clearing and resetting tables, removing used tableware and supporting the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly clear tables of used crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other items after guest use.
- Wipe down and sanitize tables and seating areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Transport used tableware to the dishwashing area and ensure proper segregation of items.
- Assist in resetting tables with clean tableware and napkins as required.
- Monitor lounge areas for cleanliness and respond quickly to any spills or messes.
- Support the food and beverage team by replenishing service stations with clean items when needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with airport and company standards.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests when approached.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
