You will forge strong relationships with all LATAM and Caribbean property marketing teams and GMs, working closely together to ensure marketing plans are contributing to the financial success of rooms, M&E, wellness and restaurants & bars. Be prepared to step in and work on action plans to address key needs and focus areas.
You will drive the marketing plans for all new openings across LATAM and Caribbean, supporting new property teams to deliver opening plans that drive successful commercial results as well as establish our hotels, restaurants & bars as new destinations with brand love and positive reviews.
Be involved in recruitment of any marketing roles in LATAM and Caribbean Ennismore properties to ensure we recruit the right profiles and then spend time on property with teams to onboard new starters, so they understand how we do things in our brands and inspire them to do great work.
You will travel regularly making sure you know all properties in your region intimately, being responsible for making sure we bring to life the brand story across all touchpoints of the guest experience and driving action and change across key functions on property where needed.
Our brand.com is one of our most important channels â you will work closely with our e-commerce teams on optimising performance and content for the property digital marketing plans and web pages to deliver against our targets.
Create and execute collaborations, globally and locally, with partners and talent that reinforce our brandsâ and property positioning, give us new stories to tell and let us reach new audiences.
Be the global brand guardian for SLS and Park Royal supporting the brand VP on developing global brand standards, identity and asset toolkits to create delight within the guest experience while building global initiatives to help drive storytelling and awareness.
You will work closely with other Ennismore regional teams supporting them as they lead on the execution of SLS and Park Royal in their own regions, plus receiving other Global brand briefs for you to execute with the relevant properties in your own region.
Help to drive the content strategy and planning on the global SLS and Park Royal digital and social channels to tell the brand story, improve reach in key markets and support the SEO effectiveness.
Work with the VP Brand Marketing to track and manage the brand budget.
