Responsible for implementing, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting cloud-based systems, with a focus on AWS and DevOps principles.
- Implementing cloud-based systems and services according to design specifications provided by the Cloud Architect.
- Utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to ensure reliable and automated cloud environment provisioning.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to ensure they are secure and reliable.
- Participating in incident management and problem management for root cause analysis, as well as handling change requests.
- Collaborating with Cloud Architecture on system design.
- Following and participating in the definition of Accor's technical standards.
- Implementing solutions to automate the deployment of system components.
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to identify and resolve cloud-related problems and optimize cloud performance.
- Working with the FinOps team to implement cost optimization strategies.
- Managing and maintaining cloud-related documentation, including system details, implementation steps, and necessary support operations.
- Engages actively in all Scrum and SAFe ceremonies to facilitate communication and prioritize work for continuous integration/delivery
- Ensures that all development and operations activities are aligned with delivering tangible value to the end-user
- Continuously researching and staying up-to-date on new technologies and best practices in cloud computing.
