Within the Loyalty & E-Commerce division, specifically the Loyalty department, you will be responsible for accelerating the adoption, penetration, and performance of the ALL Accor loyalty program within B2B segments.
Votre mission :
Increase business member revenue and strengthen their engagement by contributing to the launch of the new BtoB Loyalty offer (new B2B benefits, B2B partnerships, marketing plan, dashboarding, etc.).
Drive new B2B initiatives to boost program adoption among business travelers and B2B Partners (recruitment mechanisms, identification of business members, incentive models, etc.).
Conduct benchmarks to enrich ALL Accor's value proposition for business clients, optimize existing loyalty offers, etc..
Define, measure, and maximize the impact and ROI of implemented TMC incentives.
Analyze and optimize the performance of B2B2C loyalty offers, HUBs, and central initiatives (generosity, ROI optimization, new tools and methodologies, etc.).
Define, model, and monitor points and status budget allocations (2026 monitoring, 2027 modeling, guidelines, reporting, etc.).
Facilitate the adoption of tools and optimization of B2BC loyalty offers by liaising between central teams and BUs.
Contribute to key B2B instances: QBRs, Performance Reviews, internal Sharing Sessions, client meetings, etc.
Collaborate with international cross-functional teams (finance, data, sales, ...)
