Champion operational excellence and brand integrity, ensuring consistent delivery of premium guest experiences aligned to each brand鈥檚 standards and positioning.
Build high-performing leadership teams and a strong Heartist culture, embedding engagement, wellbeing, succession planning, and leadership development across the precinct.
Lead with cultural awareness and authenticity, championing inclusive practices and ensuring Tikanga and Te Ao M膩ori are respectfully reflected in guest experience, people practices, and precinct initiatives.
Act as the senior representative for Accor, maintaining trusted relationships with owners, Auckland Airport, iwi, and key stakeholders, and serving as the primary escalation point.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the precinct鈥檚 reputation within the tourism and hospitality community.
