We are seeking a Distribution, Revenue & Data Analytics Manager to drive revenue optimization through data-driven pricing, inventory, and distribution operations. In this role, you will develop and implement the distribution offer and play a pivotal role in daily distribution operations, conduct advanced analyses, support executive presentations, and collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to transform complex data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing, Inventory, and Distribution operations
- Lead the end-to-end management of all distribution information within our Central Reservation System (CRS), ensuring precise and up-to-date details for offers, products, ports, itineraries, pricing, and inventory allocation.
- Actively manage and execute new season sales launches, guaranteeing the accurate and timely dissemination of all new distribution data across relevant systems (CRS, PMS, Web portal).
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across the entire distribution ecosystem through regular audits and proactive updates in key tools.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all sales channels.
- Optimize inventory allocation and availability by aligning with demand forecasts, market trends, and overarching business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market benchmarking data and historical performance (revenue, occupancy, market share) to identify trends, forecast future demand, and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Reservations teams to provide daily support, align booking management with revenue goals, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Define and implement best practices for revenue management and distribution strategies, fostering consistency and driving continuous improvement.
2. Performance tracking and Data Analytics
- Partner strategically with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to design, develop, and maintain robust, interactive dashboards that clearly track key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall business performance.
- Generate compelling, actionable reports and insights for senior leadership, effectively translating complex data narratives into clear strategic recommendations.
- Drive efficiency by automating reporting processes and proactively identifying cross-functional data requirements.
- Deliver comprehensive revenue performance analyses, highlighting critical trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.
- Provide critical data support and compelling storytelling for executive presentations, enabling informed strategic discussions.
3. Data intelligence and competition analysis
- Lead initiatives to integrate new data sources and technologies, continuously enhancing forecasting accuracy and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor performance to proactively identify competitive advantages, market opportunities, and potential threats.
