Within the Data team, you will join the CRM & Customers tribe, responsible for managing data flows to our partners and targeting our audiences across our distribution channels.
Your mission:
Reporting to the Tribe’s Data Engineering Director, your responsibilities will include:
Co-leading the “Marketing Data Hub” Feature Team (facilitation, prioritization, planning, etc.)
Building a strong partnership with your Product Owner counterpart
Managing and mentoring Data Engineers: 3 contractors + 1 internal (individual follow-up, including coordination with consulting partners, etc.)
Ensuring the implementation of development best practices (DevOps, Quality, FinOps, etc.)
Contributing to scoping, breakdown, and high-level estimation of new initiatives
Driving technical and data modeling decisions in alignment with Accor standards (Snowflake architecture, architectural patterns, etc.)
Delivering Data Products (Analytics & AI) in line with quality and timeline commitments
Managing communication and resolution in case of incidents
Contributing to events organized at the Data team or Engineering vertical level.
