About the Role:
Join the global marketing team of one of the world’s leading hospitality groups and contribute to bringing to life the brand experience of our Economy & Midscale hotel brands (such as ibis, ibis Styles, Novotel, Mercure, etc.). As a Brand Activation Intern, you’ll support the implementation of worldwide brand campaigns, in-hotel activations, and global marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment and to actively participate in the global roll-out of creative marketing activations and storytelling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of global brand activation initiatives through sponsorship, partnership, loyalty promotions, experiential marketing, hotel openings...
- Support the development and adaptation of creative toolkits for hotels and regional marketing teams related to brand activations
- Contribute to project management, timelines, and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g., PR, Social Media, Influence, Digital, Creative)
- Participate in competitive benchmarking and trend research to inspire new brand initiatives
- Help monitor the performance and impact of brand activations, including post-campaign reporting
- Liaise with regional teams to gather feedback and best practices from around the world
- Contribute to presentations and communication materials for internal and external use
