This is a senior global brand leadership role responsible for shaping how three of Accor’s fastest-growing brands feel, perform, scale, and evolve across the world.
You will lead the end-to-end guest experience vision — from positioning and design to F&B, programming, culture, and operational execution — ensuring that every property delivers both brand energy and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Portfolio Growth
- Define and continuously evolve brand positioning, target guest, and experience pillars
- Develop the 3-year brand roadmap and annual business plan in partnership with the SVP Brands
- Translate brand vision into scalable models that support rapid international growth
- Analyse performance data, market trends, and guest insights to shape future strategy
- Develop clear business cases for brand initiatives, renovations, and concept evolution
- Present brand strategy, performance insights, and growth plans to senior leadership and owners
- Partner with Development teams to ensure new projects are on-strategy and commercially sound
Commercial & Operational Performance
- Drive improvements in hotel performance through product, experience, and operational alignment
- Understand and influence P&L drivers linked to design, F&B, talent, programming, and spatial planning
- Partner with regions to raise compliance, quality, and guest experience execution
- Identify where investment is required and build the case for product enhancement
- Monitor brand performance scorecards globally and define corrective actions where needed
Social Spaces, F&B & Programming
- Position F&B and programming as central engines of guest attraction and revenue
- Shape how hotels attract non-resident guests and integrate into local communities
- Develop concepts, rituals, and partnerships that create daily energy in social spaces
- Ensure spatial design and operational practices enable interaction and vibrancy
Hotel Openings & Field Engagement
- Build strong relationships with key GMs and regional teams to embed brand mindset
- Create practical tools and communication platforms that bring the brands to life for operators
Design & Product Direction
- Guide the evolution of design strategy with DT&S to protect the brands’ social DNA
- Influence layouts, OS&E, and standards to support guest flow, interaction, and experience
- Ensure design decisions are commercially and operationally viable at scale
Marketing, Voice & Partnerships
- Partner with Brand Marketing to ensure storytelling matches the lived hotel experience
- Contribute to visual identity, content strategy, and guest touchpoints
- Act as spokesperson for the brands with owners, media, and partners
- Develop cultural and commercial partnerships that enhance relevance and visibility
