Within the PME division, in the Novotel & Handwritten Collection brand team, the brand assistant manager will play an integral role within the Global Brand organization supporting strategic projects for the brand:
- Assist in developing and rolling out projects (brand & sustainability programs, in-hotel guest experience, brand standards, F&B projects) in coordination with different internal stakeholders (Procurement, Design, Operations, Country Marketing, hotels) and external stakeholders (partners and agencies)
- Maintain, update and manage global brand content: experience materials, creative assets, and toolkits
- Manage the creation and distribution of the Novotel Global internal newsletter
- Animate marketing relays network to foster relationships between Regional hubs and Global teams.
