The E-commerce Performance director is a newly created global role designed to orchestrate all e-commerce performance levers across brands and regions, streamline the organization, and maximize online revenue, ROI and contribution.
Reporting to the VP E-commerce & Loyalty, the role acts as the global conductor of digital commercial performance, ensuring strong alignment between global expertise, regional priorities and hotel-level execution. This new position is based at Accor headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
As E-commerce Performance director, your core mission is to drive online revenue growth, direct and indirect, by building and optimizing a high-performing digital ecosystem at corporate and hotel鈥檚 levels. You are accountable for achieving the annual online revenue targets.
You will lead a team of experts composed by a paid media senior manager, a content & e-merchandising senior manager, a CRM manager and a Go-To-Market senior manager.
You will partner closely with regional ecommerce directors, ensuring the consistency between the global strategy and regional / hotel鈥檚 needs to deliver best-in-class digital performance and commercial results.
