The Partnership Marketing Manager will lead the definition and execution of the partner marketing strategy and drive growth through our ALL Accor and loyalty partners ecosystem worldwide.
The Partnership Marketing Manager will work closely with peers in the Marketing/ Com/ Branding team, Channel Teams (CRM, Media, Product) and Partnership Managers to build a marketing framework that aligns to business goals both in the short term and to help drive longer term goals. This role is for marketers that have a strong bias for actions in a fast-moving and international environment.
Your mission:
Branding strategy
- Build ALL Accor brand strategy & business models with partners that drive growth ALL Accor brand awareness
- Create and deliver partner-facing assets and ensure compliance with ALL Accor branding guidelines (identifiers, assets, endorsement) within the partners ecosystem
- Ensure alignment and collaboration with Partnerships Managers and Partners at Global and Regional levels to deliver a unified ALL Accor branding strategy within the partners ecosystem
Full-funnel marketing improvement
- Influence broader partner strategy based on insights from the market and from working directly with partners. You should be a trusted advisor to core cross functional teams for partner demand and growth discussion
- Measure and increase partnersā services and products awareness, conversion and usage among ALL Accor members by identifying relevant touchpoints and improving customer journeys (permanent and tactical) within the ALL Accor ecosystem (APP, Web & CRM) in collaboration with Channel Teams
Marketing operation
- Define & maintain partner marketing framework: marketing guidelines (branding, offers & campaign management), tools (AEM, TransPerfect, DAM,..) & analytics/ reporting processes
- Review, validate and track performance of all partner marketing offers operated at Central & Regional levels
- Animate Global partner marketing community to inform & share best practices with Central & Regional Partnerships Managers
- Support Central & Regional Partnerships Managers on all marketing guidelines
Performance management
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor full-funnel marketing performance of partnersā services and products with Channels Teams
- Build and deploy partner marketing business models & benchmarks from competitors to the internal partnershipsā community and stakeholders
- Monitor central partner marketing budget (cash & points)
- Manage marketing agencies & supplier relationships (media, content, branding, PR, translation)
