â˘Â    Build the marketing data stack (CDP, CRM, MAP, Analytics, Tag Management); standardize master data, data dictionary, UTM, events etc. deploy multi-touch attribution and funnel management to power automated operations and media.
â˘Â    Lead conversation rate optimization across customer behavior actions, capture highâintent signals and run scoring, nurture, MQLâSQL programs; scale activation levers (coupons, bundles, subscriptions, replenishment reminders) to lift repeat, crossâsell/upsell, CVR, and AOV; publish recurring Win Insights to guide content/media/sales.
â˘Â    Institutionalize Daily management and weekly Growth Review to prioritize highâleverage experiments and scale proven wins; act as PMO to align global IT and local needs, ensure SLAs and risk management across website/eCommerce/WeChat; embed compliance & privacy guardrails for sustainable growth.
The essential requirements of the job include:Â
â˘Â    Strong strategy thinking on digital growth/eCommerce with quantified impact on membership & GMV; deep fluency in China eCommerce & private domain.Â
â˘Â    Strong project/vendor management in globalâlocal setups; personally, builds and delivers measurable results. Proficient with daily management and problem-solving skills, DBS experience is strongly preferred.
â˘Â    Master the traffic â conversion â repeat playbook: A/B testing, experiment design, creative/LP/flow optimization, search & feed ads in orchestrate crossâplatform operations. Especially fluent in China eCommerce ecosystem is a must.
â˘Â    Strong analytical expertise with proven experience in managing data assets, conducting analysis, and delivering insightful reports.
â˘Â    Passionate and Self-Motivated: Highly driven, resilient under pressure, and demonstrates strong learning agility.
â˘Â    Bachelorâs degree or above in Computer Science, Marketing or related fields. MBA is preferred.
â˘Â    Minimum 8 years in growth marketing/eâcommerce operations at major Internet/MNC companies or equivalent.
â˘Â    Full professional proficiency in English (verbal & written).
