You’ll work in a highly analytical, competitive environment with direct exposure to P&L impact.
Graduated 2022–2024 (STEM preferred)
Strong mental arithmetic and analytical reasoning
1–3 years coding experience (at least 1 year professional)
Solid understanding of algorithms & data structures
Fluent English
Open to relocation to Dubai
Trading experience is not required — strong learning ability and interest in quantitative markets matter more.
Participation in academic or national competitions
