Create a positive guest experience by ensuring rooms and guest areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
Engage courteously with guests to ensure their stay is going well
Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily cleanliness goals
Maintain an organized, fully stocked housekeeping cart
Properly use and care for cleaning equipment, supplies, and guest amenities
Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms and public areas to established standards
Change and inspect linens and towels daily, following Green Program guidelines
Practice safety awareness and promptly report hazards or maintenance concerns
Show respect for guestsâ property at all times
Report to work on time and follow posted schedules and room assignment procedures
Remain professional, alert, and helpful to guests and coworkers
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor
What are we looking for?
What Weâre Looking For:
Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
Neat, professional appearance and a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
Physical ability to:
Push and maneuver carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces
Bend, stretch, and reach low and high areas
Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs
Safely operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, brooms, and spray bottles
