Your Role:
Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in interacts with all guests.
Handles guest check-ins and outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner
Resolve guest challenges and take appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction
Process customer payments according to established procedures and policies including proper cash handling and credit card authorizations
Efficient communication with other departments of the hotel in order to support special requests, late checkouts, maintenance needs, and guest concerns
Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations. Prepares for group arrivals and departures
Provides the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
"Be the difference" with all guests and employees and do more than just “the norm".
What are we looking for?
High school diploma preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skilled are required
Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Ability to solve problems when they arise.
Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
A strong desire to make an impact on other people
An outgoing and engaging personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
