The Catering Sales Manageris responsible fordriving catering and delivery sales withinan assignedterritory while strengthening Bagel Brandsâ position as the preferred catering partner in local markets. This role develops and executes targeted sales strategies, builds strong relationships with new and existing customers, and partners closely with restaurant operations teams to ensure successful execution of catering orders and events.
This role is responsible for overseeing catering sales across a large, multi-state territory supporting both Brueggerâs and Einstein Bros. Bagels spanning 11 states and approximately 84 bakeries, requiring strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage a high volume of activity across a broad footprint.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Territory Sales Leadership
Own and manage catering sales performance within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth through proactive business development and relationship management.
Identifyand pursue new catering opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and community engagement.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Execute territory sales strategies andtargetedoutreach campaigns to achieve catering revenue goals.
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement localized sales strategies aligned with company goals and guidance from the Director of Catering.
Analyze customer insights and market trends toidentifynew opportunities and improve performance in underperforming markets.
Contribute ideas and innovative approaches that enhance the effectiveness of catering sales programs and outreach efforts.
Support company-wide catering campaigns, seasonal promotions, and occasion-based sales initiatives.
Field & Operations Partnership
Build strong relationships with restaurant operations teams to ensure seamless execution of catering orders and exceptional guest experiences.
Gather feedback from field leaders and customers toidentifyservice improvements and operational opportunities.
Partner with operations to address challenges, improve processes, and ensure successful delivery of catering services.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track sales activity andmaintainaccuratereporting on outreach, pipeline activity, and territory performance.
Provide regular updates on sales activity, market insights, and performance trends to leadership.
Monitor progress toward revenue goals and adjust outreach strategies as needed.
Team Collaboration & Sales Leadership
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing catering sales culture by sharing best practices and supporting peers across markets.
Assistwith training initiatives, sales campaigns, and targeted outreach efforts across the catering team when needed.
Serve as a positive ambassador of Bagel Brandsâ culture and sales expectations.

Outside sales experience calling on both existing and new clients.
