TheLearning Specialistsupports training delivery across field locations. This entry-level role works onsite with employees and leaders toassistwith onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training. The Learning Specialist helps reinforce continuous learning on the job to ensure training translates into consistent performance and positive customer experiences.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build and expand their learning and development experience with front line employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
WhatYouâllDo:
Support andassistwith onsite training programs for frontline employees and managers
Assistwith onboarding and new hire training at the location level
Coordinate traininglogisticsand learning activities at assigned locations
Facilitate instructor-led training
Observe employee performance and reinforce training and customer experience standards through coaching and feedback
Partner with site leaders, HR, and operations teams to support training needs
Assistin tracking training participation and completion
Collect training feedback and share field insights with the learning team

WhatWeâreLooking For:Â
Bachelorâs degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
1â2 years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning support
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with frontline employees and leaders
Experience using common workplace and learning tools (such as learning management systems, virtual meeting platforms, presentation tools, and basic reporting tools) or a willingness to learn
Experiencefacilitatingsmall group sessions or presentations
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to support field locations
