Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service
Maintain high standards of food presentation and dining area cleanliness
Ensure all hospitality events run smoothly and professionally, this will include occasional weekends and functions where required
Monitor and respond to customer feedback in a positive and proactive way
Support with ordering, stock control, and record keeping
Uphold all food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures
