Coordinate Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed, provide leadership & guidance to catering staff to ensure smooth running of service / hospitality / events.
Teamwork & Communication Skills - strong teamworking skills, leadership qualities, ability to adapt and respond quickly, ability to communicate effectively with both service & management team.
Customer Service - provide high level of service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey. Support management team to ensure food & service area presentation standards are met.
Adherence to Regulations - comply with health and safety regulations, as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location
Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Other duties - Assisting in stocktakes, stock ordering, supporting the organisation of hospitality & events - communicating with customers, kitchen & management team to fulfil catering requests.
