Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure all areas of the kitchen and service areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure the thorough cleaning of crockery, kitchen equipment and spaces on a daily and weekly basis.
- To be flexible to work across all parts of the building.
- To be actively involved with food preparation and service.
- Waste management, recording data as required.
- Maintain all catering storage areas, ensuring they are always organised and clean.
- To assist with stock, including accepting deliveries, counting and storing them correctly.
