Our Fintech team is looking for an engaged Sales Support Analyst to join our Sweden office during a period of significant growth and investment in our European business. There has never been a more exciting time to join one of the most recognised brands in the world.
This role is responsible for supporting our Senior Sales Managers and clients within the Nordic and Baltic markets. What we expect of you, day to day:
Account & Operational Support (primary focus):
- Support BIN sponsor Account Executives in the daily servicing of fintech clients, with a focus on operational execution and excellence
- Assist with client onboarding activities, including documentation collection, internal readiness checks, and coordination across onboarding, risk, compliance, and legal teams
- Track and manage client-related actions, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely progress and clear ownership
- Prepare and maintain internal materials such as process flows, implementation summaries, client overviews, incentive calculations, sales reports and status updates
- Act as a coordination point between Account Executives and internal stakeholders to help resolve operational questions and follow-ups
- Help ensure client setups remain compliant with agreed frameworks, processes, and governance standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring operational issues and suggesting practical process enhancements
- Translate complex operational processes into clear documentation, flowcharts, and summaries that can be reused internally
- Support Senior Sales Managers on an ad-hoc basis with new sales initiatives including tasks such as sales presentations, client onboardings and contracting
Industry & Program Support (secondary Focus):
- Support the coordination and project management of selected initiatives such as the Visa Innovation Program (Nordics and Baltics), primarily from an operational and partnership coordination perspective https://visainnovationprogram.com/nb
- Assist with research on fintech market developments, regulatory changes, and operational trends relevant to BIN sponsorship, payments and embedded finance
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by summarizing learnings from client cases, projects, or industry activities
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
