Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Working as part of the Financial Planning and Analytics team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial insights and analysis that enable senior leaders to make informed decisions in a complex, changing environment. Based adjacent to the Universityās City Campus, your focus will be a mix of project work to understand the financial implications of strategic decisions and contributing to central management reporting.
Youāll engage closely with business units across the University, building understanding, monitoring performance, and identifying risks and opportunities. This includes regular forecasting, budget reviews, and the preparation of insightful financial reports.
This role is well-suited to someone with a strong foundation in data analysis, financial modelling, and the ability to draw clear conclusions and provide actionable recommendations. Your analytical depth and ability to clearly communicate complex financial information will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a salary range of $126,000ā$138,000 per annum, depending on experience.
