Trade Counter Sales
Your job
In this role the Trade Counter Sales person will often be the first point of contact for customers. Duties involve:
路 Run the day to day processes of the branch
路 Providing customers with product and service information
路 Proactive selling on the telephone
路 Advising and assisting customers at the Trade Counter
路 Delivering excellent customer service and communication
路 Processing enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadline
路 Create proactive trade counter promotions to customers to maximise the growth of the branch
