This role will design and implement creative gamification mechanics, personalized missions, and engaging challenges that motivate customers to interact more with our products and services.

What you will do
- Design and develop gamification mechanics to make banking more engaging for customers
- Create personalized missions, challenges, and reward mechanics to drive customer engagement and product usage
- Work closely with segment teams, product teams, and analytics teams to design targeted engagement initiatives
- Use customer data and behavioral insights to identify opportunities for gamified engagement
- Launch and optimize campaigns and engagement mechanics aimed at increasing acquisition, activity, and retention
- Continuously test new ideas and experiment with innovative engagement approaches
