We are looking for a strategic and technically adept Director of People Analytics to drive AI-led data products and insights across the Employee Journey
In this role you get to:
- Lead and scale the team and programs responsible for AI and insights led value for HR Business Partner, Global Learning and teams
- Quantify the value of AI in improving employee productivity and effectiveness
- Standardize metrics maps and scorecards that can propel people and learning initiatives, including ServiceNow University
- Build & deliver planning tools and insights across talent acquisition, engagement & growth and retention, that can enable an AI-native business
- Manage and transform a team of analytics engineers and product managers to lead with AI, and collaborate with other supporting analytics teams to deliver insights to optimize engineering processes
