Key Responsibilities
Development & Delivery: Develop robust technical solutions according to defined prerequisites (function, style, volume, geometry, cost, and quality targets).
Integration & Quality: Lead development activities, integrate deliverables from cross-functional partners, and ensure all designs meet business requirements before release.
Strategic Input: Influence product and system roadmaps through deep technical expertise and historical component data analysis.
Innovation: Actively participate in business development and innovation initiatives.
Networking: Develop and manage a strong professional network across the wider Volvo Group to influence project prerequisites and facilitate collaboration.
Mentorship: Serve as a coach and trainer for junior team members and peers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
