Lead technical program management for a vehicle line, acting as the primary liaison between design, program management, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
Ensure systems meet functional and performance requirements while achieving cost, weight, timing, quality, and investment targets.
Manage system development from launch through end of life, including concept studies, packaging, cost and weight analysis, supplier management, sourcing, validation, and change management.
Coordinate resolution of engineering and quality issues across all program stages and functional teams.
Support plant development and launch activities onsite as part of the launch team.
Manage specifications and supplier requirements, including design change requests (DCR) and requirement updates.
Monitor post-launch warranty performance and lead value optimization initiatives to meet program targets.
