Responsibilities
You鈥檒l play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Conduct monthly check-ins with all security officers, proactively monitoring performance, maintaining positive employee relations and implementing coaching, counselling and investigations as needed
- Monitor and manage the appearance and behaviour of all security personnel, taking remedial action in line with company policy and procedures
- Report all incidents in compliance with customer and company policy and procedures
- Monitor faults with security-related equipment, ensuring they are reported correctly
- Be fully conversant with operational functions including Access Control, CCTV, Detection and Alarm Systems, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting
- Assist the site manager with an reasonable or practical request
