What you'll be doing:
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and support the onsite Securitas security team.
- Ensure all officers are briefed, trained, and fully prepared for their duties.
- Role鈥憁odel the core values and culture of both Securitas and the client.
- Always promote a positive and professional image.
Operational Management
- Oversee scheduling, TimeGate duties, and holiday planning, manage attendance and support performance management processes.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with contractual and operational standards.
- Coordinate security requirements for ad鈥慼oc onsite events.
- Oversee escort duties, access control, badging, CX, and new hire security requests.
- Support initial incident response, ensuring thorough reporting and adherence to required standards.
- Maintain strong communication with client management and onsite stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the embedded Physical Security Manager to develop and enhance the security programme.
- Deliver a service level that consistently meets or exceeds contractual KPIs.
- Participate in relevant meetings and ensure clear communication and cascading of information.
- Provide accurate information to support decision鈥憁aking and work effectively on own initiative.
