Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
Resolve customer complaints with the utmost professionalism. Promptly inform the Management team.

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate guest records
